Indonesia is rich in spices, various kinds of spices are processed into spices or traditional drinks. One of them is ginger. This type of spice that can survive in the tropics itself was introduced to Europe because it gives a warm sensation to the body. Wedang jahe is a traditional ginger drink dish from Central and East Java. Generally served hot or warm. Ginger tea is also sometimes referred to as ginger tea, although it does not contain tea leaves at all. Tools : 1. Pot 2. Knife 3. Stove 4. Glass 5. Grater Materials:  1. Ginger 2. Water 3. Honey 1.
