Wedang Uwuh


Wedang uwuh is a traditional Yogyakarta drink. The word uwuh itself means "trash". It is called uwuh because this drink consists of various kinds of plant ingredients that are mixed together, and if you look at it it will look like garbage

Benefits of wedang uwuh

1. Content of Ginger, Can Overcome Uric Acid
2 Improve the immune system 
3. Lowering cholesterol levels
4. Overcoming digestive problems 
5. Stabilize blood pressure

Materials

1. Pan
2. Knife
3. Glass 
4. Filter
5. Spoon

Ingredients

1. Ginger
2. Clove leaves 
3. Nutmeg leaves 
4. Rock sugar 
5. Secang wood 
6. Cloves

How to make Wedang Uwuh

1. Peel the ginger
2. Wash all ingredients
3. Crush the ginger
4. boil the water then pour all the ingredients into the pot
5. Boil for 5-7 minutes
6. After that, filter the boiled water into the glass
