Indonesia is rich in spices, various kinds of spices are processed into spices or traditional drinks. One of them is ginger. This type of spice that can survive in the tropics itself was introduced to Europe because it gives a warm sensation to the body. Wedang jahe is a traditional ginger drink dish from Central and East Java. Generally served hot or warm. Ginger tea is also sometimes referred to as ginger tea, although it does not contain tea leaves at all. Tools : 1. Pot 2. Knife 3. Stove 4. Glass 5. Grater Materials: 1. Ginger 2. Water 3. Honey 1. Peel the ginger 2. Grated ginger 3. Add the ingredients to a pan and simmer for 5mins 4. Add two tablespoons of honey and pour the water from the ingredients into a serving glass. 5. Ginger Wedang can be drunk while warm.
